Ho-Chunk Nation Gaming entities reserve the right to cancel or alter promotions at any time. “No Primary Management Official, employee of the Nation in any of its Gaming Facilities, members of the Legislature, Commissioners, President, or Department of Justice and tribal inspector’s office employees or Business Department employees may participate in any of the Nation’s Class II or Class III marketing or promotional programs offered by any of the Nation’s Gaming Facilities.” |
